Fresh flowers and house plants – hand delivery only, to the Hibiscus Coast and selected North Shore postcodes. These items cannot be couriered.
Dried and preserved flowers – your choice of courier anywhere in New Zealand, or hand delivery if your address is in our Hibiscus Coast or selected North Shore postcodes.
Gifts, homeware and jewellery – couriered anywhere in New Zealand.

You are always welcome to collect any order from our Orewa store.

Hand delivery – fresh flowers, house plants and local dried flowers

We hand deliver to the Hibiscus Coast and selected North Shore postcodes only. We do not cover all of the North Shore, only the postcodes listed below.

How much is your delivery fee?

Hibiscus Coast – 0930 / 0931 / 0932 / 0992 / 0993 ($14)
Waitoki / Wainui / Dairy Flat – 0994 / 0794 / 0792 ($20)
Selected North Shore – 0620 / 0622 / 0626 / 0627 / 0629 / 0630 / 0632 ($20)
Kaukapakapa – 0843 / 0871 / 0873 / 0875 / 0894, Monday to Friday only ($30)

If your delivery address is not one of the postcodes listed above, it is not part of our standard fresh flower delivery service. Deliveries to central and wider Auckland are by prior arrangement only and cannot be booked through the website. Please phone us on 09 421 1678 before placing your order so we can confirm whether we are able to help and agree a delivery fee.

To avoid any delays or extra charges, please make sure to choose the correct shipping fee based on the postcode at checkout. This ensures your order is processed smoothly without the need for us to contact you for additional payment.

If an incorrect shipping area is chosen and we do not have contact details for the purchaser, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund. A 5% transaction fee will be applied to cover processing costs.

How long does delivery take?

Same day delivery has a 2pm cut off time. Order by 2pm for same day delivery to the Rodney area on selected products, and next day delivery within our delivery areas, usually delivered by 6pm.

If you would like flowers delivered the same day after our 2pm cut off, please give us a call and we will do our best to help.

Please remember to leave us your phone number so we can contact you easily if we need to confirm anything about your order.

Dried and preserved flowers

Please note: due to the nature of dried and preserved items and flowers, there will always be slight variations between the product and the photo. Each arrangement is uniquely beautiful.

Dried and preserved arrangements can be couriered anywhere in New Zealand, or hand delivered if your address falls within our Hibiscus Coast or selected North Shore postcodes above. Both options are shown at checkout, so you can choose what suits. Large vase arrangements are best hand delivered locally where possible, as they travel better.

If the product is in stock, same day dispatch is available with next day delivery within Auckland. If it is not in stock, please allow 5 business days for handmade bouquets to be prepared.

Because of the fragile nature of dried flowers, we take great care to ensure all arrangements are packaged to arrive safely. Please note that wall installations cannot be shipped.

Couriered dried arrangements take 2 to 5 business days within New Zealand.

Gifts, homeware and jewellery are couriered anywhere in New Zealand. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address:

North Island urban – $9.50
North Island rural – $14.95
South Island urban – $11.95
South Island rural – $16.95
Jewellery, New Zealand wide – $9.50
Jewellery to Australia – $20

Orders are dispatched the next business day if placed after 12pm. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for urban delivery and a little longer for rural addresses.
