Please note Each bloom is seasonal designed and may not be exactly the same as the picture shown. If any flower is unavailable for any reason, don't worry, we will replace it with the same value and a similar style flower. Please remember to leave us your phone number so we can contact you easier if there is anything that we need to confirm with you.

To avoid any delays or extra charges, please make sure to choose the correct shipping fee based on the postcode at checkout. This ensures your order is processed smoothly without the need for us to contact you for additional payment.
If an incorrect shipping area is chosen, and we do not have contact details from the purchaser we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund. A 5% transaction fee will be applied to cover processing costs.

How long does your delivery take?
Bouquets and Flower arrangements
If you'd like to order flowers for same day delivery after our 2 pm cutoff time please give us a call and we will do our best to accommodate you :)
Order by 2pm; for Same-day delivery, available for selected products to Rodney area. And next-day delivery to the rest of Auckland - usually delivered by 6pm. Orders after 12pm will be dispatched the next business day.
